**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and leading a team
- Oversee all store operations - ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively
- Train and mentor team members on all operating standards including delivering exceptional guest service
- Oversee the hiring process for newly onboarded team members
- Prepare weekly employee schedules
- Managing restaurant stocks, overseeing ordering while managing cost controls
- Ensure operational and brand compliance are met on all barBURRITO standards and policies
- Successfully pass all in-store audits
- Maintain active files on all associates
- Train all staff members on new product rollouts
- Ability to deal with guest complaints
- Flexible work schedule

**Skills**
- Fully bilingual (French/English)
- Committed to working full-time in a challenging QSR environment
- A minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in the QSR industry
- Organized, results-driven, and a proven multi-tasker

**Responsabilités principales**
- Gérer et diriger une équipe
- Superviser toutes les opérations du restaurant - en veillant à ce que tout fonctionne de manière efficace et efficiente
- Former et encadrer les membres de l'équipe sur toutes les normes opérationnelles, y compris la prestation d'un service client exceptionnel
- Superviser le processus d'embauche des nouveaux membres de l'équipe
- Préparer les horaires hebdomadaires des employés
- Gérer les stocks du restaurant, superviser les commandes tout en contrôlant les coûts
- Assurer la conformité opérationnelle et de la marque aux normes et politiques de barBURRITO
- Réussir tous les audits en magasin
- Maintenir des dossiers actifs sur tous les employés
- Former tous les membres du personnel lors des lancements de nouveaux produits
- Capacité à gérer les plaintes des clients
- Horaire de travail flexible

**Compétences**
- Bilingue (français/anglais)
- Engagement à travailler à temps plein dans un environnement de restauration rapide (QSR) exigeant
- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en supervision dans l'industrie de la restauration rapide (QSR)
- Organisé(e), axé(e) sur les résultats et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
