Restaurant Manager

Responsabilités:
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels et financiers, et favoriser la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et de la rentabilité.
- Gérer et encadrer l'équipe du restaurant, en assurant un niveau élevé de motivation, d'engagement et de performance.
- créer et mettre en œuvre la planification du personnel et les horaires afin d'assurer une expérience optimale pour les clients
- Superviser la gestion des stocks, les commandes et les réceptions, afin d'assurer l'optimisation des niveaux de stocks
- Veiller au respect de toutes les normes en matière d'hygiène, de sécurité et de réglementation, et maintenir un environnement propre, sûr et accueillant dans le restaurant.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing pour stimuler la fréquentation et promouvoir la réputation du restaurant.
- Gérer les rapports financiers, la budgétisation et les prévisions, et analyser les indicateurs de performance pour identifier les tendances et les possibilités d'amélioration.
- Répondre aux plaintes et aux problèmes des clients de manière professionnelle et opportune, et assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
Qualifications:
- Expérience confirmée en tant que directeur de restaurant, avec un minimum de 7 à 10 ans dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un environnement de restauration haut de gamme ou raffinée.
- Une licence en gestion de l'accueil, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, avec des certifications et une formation avancées sont un atout.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion, avec un historique de création et de direction d'équipes performantes.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec une forte capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations positives avec les clients, le personnel et les vendeurs.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche de la prise de décision fondée sur les données et le souci du détail.
- Connaissance approfondie des opérations d'un restaurant, y compris le service des aliments et des boissons, la gestion des stocks, les rapports financiers et la conformité.
- Connaissance des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur, et passion pour l'apprentissage continu et le développement professionnel.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, en mettant l'accent sur l'obtention de résultats.
- Forte sensibilité aux affaires, avec une compréhension approfondie des mesures financières et une expérience de la gestion des comptes.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral autant qu'à l'écrit).

- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role, preferably in an upscale or fine-dining environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, with advanced certifications and training highly desirable
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and an eye for detail
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance
