**Aerostream is looking for a committed, hardworking, and responsible, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator on a contract basis from March to October.**

The Logistics Administrator will assume various operating and administrative duties related to logistic coordination, administration, billing practices and procedures throughout the organization.

**Job Summary**:

- Audit and prepare documents for shipment delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Compile and combine documents using PDF editing software.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage and organize documents using OneDrive.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Collaborate with team members on the status of shipments.
- Ensure documents are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Data entry into internal databases.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Shift Times**:
8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Hours may vary slightly based on business needs. Ability to work weekends and overtime a plus.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Efficient navigation between multiple software systems on a computer
- Minimum 40 wpm typing speed
- Proficient in using PDF editors
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Compensation**:
Depending on experience, hourly rate is between $23-25 per hour.

**Location**:
Richmond, BC

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
