Whitby, Canada Kids' Campus Child Care Centre Full time

**Kids’ Campus Child Care is looking for an individual to join the Head office Bookkeeping / Administrative Team.**

**Position Details**
- Contract position for 6 months with the possibility of an extention.
- 40 hours a week Monday - Friday
- Shift -8:00 - 4:00

**Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing, receivables, and collections.
- Billing (outside agencies).
- HST and Government remittances.
- Post journal entries.
- Posting and Managing Parent deposits.
- Prepare financial and accounting reports.
- Payroll (prepare hours and report payroll).
- Prepare tax returns.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Processing checks.
- General office assistance as required.
- Assist with Board of Director meetings and administrative duties.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computers and data entry.
- Strong skills with MS office products including exceptional skills in Excel.
- Working knowledge of Sage
- Simply Accounting.
- Knowledge of a Governance Board.
- Great time management and multitasking skills.
- Working collaboratively with supervisors.
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
- Be committed to providing exceptional client service.

**Experience**:

- 3 years of office experience or experience with a related degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
