**Bilingual Administrative Coordinator **(English & French verbal and written communication skills are required.)
- Managing key SOP's within the admin team you will be responsible for vetting and auditing key documentation & service contracts.
- responsible for case management and following company standards, identify potential issues and address these with the required departments.
- Validate that all required documentation is included in finance contract and ensure all required signatures, initials, supportive data is included accordingly.
- Collaborate internally with multiple departments addressing any potential road blocks and ensuring timely processing of required files.
- **Qualifications**:_
- 1 -2 years Admin or customer service experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for teamwork, collaboration & adaptibility
- Highly organized, attentive to detail & capability to manage changing priorities
- A completed college or university degree

**This is a HYBRID role requiring you to be on site 3 days a week &**

**WFH 2 days a week. Competative salary & lots of career advancement are offered.**

**Salary**: $25.80-$28.11 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
