**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule training calls with business owners to familiarize them with our systems and services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer profiles by documenting interactions and relevant information.
- Monitor the dispatch of new devices to clients and ensure their timely receipt.
- Initiate and manage Customer Service tickets as needed to address client inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any activation-related technical challenges.
- Field incoming training calls and provide timely assistance and guidance.
- Continuously strive to enhance the client activation process and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in both English and French is highly desirable.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for assisting small business owners.
- Exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Post secondary education with a degree or diploma is preferred but not required.
- Intermediate computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems.

**Compensation**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
