Essential Safety Job Functions
- Communicate and coordinate with Safety team to generate documents, certification and records, manage control, scan and reliably file.
- Update / Revise Practices and Procedures according to company template.
- Source, manage stock and recommend purchase of Personal Protective Equipment
- Maintain Safety portion of Contractor Management Software (ISNET, Complyworks)
- Manage and maintain SiteDocs database of workers, job sites, certificates.
- Attend Internal/External meetings and take meeting minutes
- Conduct statistical analysis of safety trends supplied by jobsites, produce reports for Safety Manager and Safety Team
- Maintain contact database of clients / general contractors
- Generate safety learning aids, toolbox topics
- Maintain safety stock of safety documentation (quizzes, learning material)
- Complete prequalification documentation for construction bids
- Assist with COR Audit information gathering

Essential Staff Management Job Functions
- Update and maintain staff database and file system with supplied documents
- Update and maintain 3rd party contact spreadsheet for construction companies
- Generate job posting and conduct scripted cold calls for potential new hires
- Generate job descriptions
- Schedule interviews for Staff Manager and other relevant team members
- Update records and documents of competency management database
- Reliably scan, organize and file employee HR documents (identification, security, training records, discipline)
- Redact information for training purposes (company circulation)
- Submit worker requests to unions for projects
- Update systems with appropriate job titles after employee promotion

**Requirements**:

- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Professional 'on the phone' personality and engagement
- Meticulous note taking, follow up capability
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC
- Must possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures
- Self-driven and creative, personal commitment and desire to succeed in a pressured environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment in order to meet schedules
