**Position Overview**

Wescan would like to train and develop a capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to gradually assume the role of a Field Safety Coordinator with our organization. This will require earning an NCSO/NCSA designation.

The Administrator’s primary responsibility will be to support our safety team in our current initiatives and commitment to ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements. The Administrator’s secondary responsibility will be to aid in the tracking, documenting, and filing staff information as they are onboarded with Wescan.

The Administrator will work directly under the Safety Division Manager and work closely with the safety team members to implement and maintain our programs.

**Safety Responsibilities**:

- Generate practices, procedures, and bi-weekly toolbox training talks
- Conduct in-person onboarding and safety orientations
- Provide in-house safety training and proctoring quizzes
- Preparing orientation and PPE packages for new employees
- Generate, file, and upload digital training certifications
- Assist with company annual safety audits
- Schedule and generate meeting minutes for quarterly committee meetings
- Maintain and update safety contractor management programs (ISNET, Contractorcheck, etc.)
- generate analytics and safety statistics
- job site visits to conduct training or inspections
- incident follow-up and corrective action completion tracking

**Staffing Responsibilities**:

- Scanning, filing orientation documentation
- Providing onboarding paperwork to payroll
- Aid management with tracking staffing changes
- Archiving employee data
- Aid in offboarding process
- Generating/distributing internal surveys (QR code or online toll)

**Key skills & proficiencies**:

- Administrative skills (filing, scanning)
- Software such as MS Office, Site Docs, Procore
- Communication / English fluency
- Analysis and assessment
- Time management
- Attention to detail / accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $32,000.00 per year
