Our Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for our locally-produced content and leads media planning to help us drive brand consideration and love in Canada. Examples of campaigns range from our national NHL Sponsorship campaigns, to our city-based Local Goods restaurant features. You'll drive content strategy and get hands on with our agency and internal production teams creating TV, online video, OOH, and Social Media campaigns.

We like doing things differently and that includes our media buying. So, we're looking for someone with a thorough knowledge of the Canadian media landscape who is alert to trends, and open to innovation.

Given the visibility of our campaigns, we require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition to strong written and oral skills, project management skills, an ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

**What's On Your Plate**:

- Execute campaigns from start to finish alongside internal stakeholders and agency partners (tasks include creating marketing briefs, creative concepting, production management, media planning).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our performance and eCRM teams to ensure campaigns are maximized through-the-line.
- Lead brand partnership execution including NHL Sponsorships and local activations like Pride.
- Lead media test-and-learn.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are tracked and measured appropriately to demonstrate effectiveness and return of investment.
- Manage marketing calendar and research/brand tracking stimuli.
- Manage brand budget and seek out opportunities for efficiencies.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- A mid-level marketing professional with 5+ years of experience under their belt, and a proven track record of exceptional campaign delivery.
- Creative and strategic - with a proven ability to solve undefined problems and think outside the box to offer new innovative solutions and deliver on strategic outcomes.
- Experience across the media landscape and passion for delivering innovative media campaigns.
- An analytical, big picture, and strategic thinker focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Strong relationship-builder with proven track record of navigating cross-functional and agency-led projects efficiently and effectively.
- French language skills are an asset.
