**Education Manager, CE Corner/Espace FC**

We are currently seeking a bilingual **Education Manager** for our CE Corner/Espace FC brand, the premier continuing education destination for Canada’s financial and insurance professionals.

**Responsibilities**
- Upload and manage new courseware in the CE Corner platform
- Run and refine reports on platform usage and course performance
- Collaborate with internal Digital, Editorial, and Audience Development teams to ensure smooth customer service
- Monitor and update CE Corner’s processes and procedures on a continuous basis
- Assist the CE Corner team with content and marketing planning activities
- Monitor and support user help requests in CE Corner’s ticketing system
- Other duties as assigned.

**Desired Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience working as an administrator within a learning management system.
- Strong research, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to write succinctly and tailor language for different audiences.
- Eagerness to be immersed in new industries such as finance, trucking, and dentistry.
- Ability to speak business-level French is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience working in a client-facing role.
- Minimum four years of related experience. Financial industry experience is an asset.
