**What You Will Do**:

- Greet customers and provide them with detailed information on sightseeing tours, prices, and schedules.
- Process ticket sales for walk-up customers, over the phone, or online reservations.
- Operate ticketing systems to issue tickets and handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Provide customers with brochures, maps, and other promotional materials related to the tours.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding tour details, availability, and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage seat availability and reservations to ensure accurate booking and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the sightseeing tours, including any changes to itineraries, timings, or pricing.
- Upsell additional services such as special tours and group packages.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with tour guides and other staff to confirm schedules and communicate any changes or special requirements.
- Keep the ticketing area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Collect and report daily sales figures to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations pertaining to ticket sales and customer service.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance.

**Requirements of Position**:

- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and various shifts is required.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English and French.
- Ability to operate computer systems and office equipment and basic math skills for handling cash.
- Knowledge of local attractions and landmarks.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attention to detail for accurately processing transactions and providing information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
