**Introduction**

Coach Canada is looking for a Supervisor for our Sightseeing Division in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in leading and managing a team of staff to ensure the successful daily operations of the sightseeing activities. You will be required to assist the manager in planning and coordinating the daily operations of the sightseeing tours, maintain the level of safety and customer service standards, and ensure the efficient operation of the tours. You will also be responsible for the scheduling and training of ticket agents, as well as the coordination of all travel arrangements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and make sure that all activities are conducted within regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and assist in managing the performance of all staff and assign duties and tasks to staff members.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure deposits are entered daily, prepare all invoices in order, keep track of chargebacks.
- Book and keep track of all private tours and reservations, social media visibility posts, responding to ratings and feedback.

**Job Requirements**
- Have a minimum of three years in a similar role.
- Ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult customers and respond appropriately to complaints.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and laws
- Experience supervising a team with proven ability to appropriately handle conflict when arises.
- Ability to work flexible hours is mandatory.
- Education background in tourism, hospitality or related field considered an asset.
- Languages Spoken: English and French

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’aider le gestionnaire à diriger et à gérer une équipe d’employés pour assurer le succès des opérations quotidiennes des activités touristiques. Vous devrez aider le gestionnaire à planifier et à coordonner les opérations quotidiennes des visites touristiques, maintenir le niveau de sécurité et les normes de service à la clientèle, et assurer le fonctionnement efficace des visites. Vous serez également responsable de la planification et de la formation des agents de billetterie, ainsi que de la coordination de tous les préparatifs de voyage.

**Responsabilités professionnelles**
- Aider le gestionnaire à superviser les opérations quotidiennes et s’assurer que toutes les activités sont menées dans le respect des règlements et des politiques de l’entreprise.
- Surveiller et aider à gérer le rendement de tout le personnel et attribuer des tâches et des tâches aux membres du personnel.
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les fournisseurs, les fournisseurs et les clients.
- Assurez-vous que les dépôts sont entrés quotidiennement, préparez toutes les factures dans l’ordre, gardez une trace des rétrofacturations.
- Réservez et gardez une trace de toutes les visites et réservations privées, des publications de visibilité sur les réseaux sociaux, en répondant aux évaluations et aux commentaires.

**Exigences du poste**
- Avoir un minimum de trois ans dans un rôle similaire.
- Capacité à gérer le stress et la pression dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et la capacité de traiter avec des clients difficiles et de répondre de manière appropriée aux plaintes.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, de communication et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches et de prioriser efficacement.
- Connaissance des règlements et des lois pertinents en matière de sécurité
- Expérience de la supervision d’une équipe ayant une capacité éprouvée à gérer de manière appropriée les conflits lorsqu’ils surviennent.
