**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Take messages for employees-always include a proper name and phone number.
- Directing incoming phone calls within the group.
- Completing reports etc. as requested by management
- Prepare vehicle dockets for delivery.
- License all vehicles for delivery
- Keep ownerships current and up-to-date
- Order supplies and business cards as needed.
- Receipt funds from new and used car sales (delete and all incoming cheques from the mail.)

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant would be an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Team player and must be a self-starter
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Receipt funds from new and used car sales and all incoming cheques from the mail.
- Ensure that all visitors “sign-in” into the logbook and are explained the Visitor Safety Policy.

**Scheduled Hours**:

- Minimum of 4 hours from Mondays to Thursdays from 3PM to 7PM (Subject to change)
- Full day on Saturdays as a regular shift

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
