We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the mutual fund industry to join our fast-paced financial services firm. As an integral member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update confidential client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and gather information to support investment strategies and decision-making processes.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and client communications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the mutual fund industry.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
