**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily entry of time slips from employees
- Produce bi-weekly payroll and customer invoicing
- Manage entry and payment of vendor invoices
- Provide administrative support
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service relations
- New employee hires
- Credit card reconciliations
- Manage company benefits
- Annual T4 & T5018 filing, ongoing ROE online submissions
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office management role an asset
- Must have working knowledge of Sage 50
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivables
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Safety Program experience an asset (Core or Secor)
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- English (preferred)
