**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support various office functions by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and inventory management.

**Skills**
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft program
- Knowledge of Italian language is required
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in an office environment or as an administrative clerk is preferred.
- Basic knowledge in Canadian tax preparation (preferred).

**NB**: PERMANENT RESIDENCY PREFERRED**

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
