**Overview**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, patients, and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, monitoring budgets, and coordinating team efforts.
- Help organize and facilitate clinic events, conferences, and meetings, including logístical arrangements and material preparation.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

**What you must have**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional, preferably in a clinic or healthcare environment.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team as needed.
