**Summary**:
The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a permanent, full-time Coordinator, Fundraising (Laurier Club) and National Events to work with the Party’s National Office in Ottawa. Occasional overtime might be required.

The Laurier Club is the Liberal Party of Canada’s long-standing national donation program consisting of community leaders, professionals, and passionate Canadians. These individuals support the Party’s efforts and campaigns by donating at the highest allowable level and play an integral role in representing and promoting Liberal values across Canada.

The Coordinator, Laurier Club and National Events will support the team responsible for growing the Laurier Club Program, stewarding, and engaging with its donors, and the growth and management of national fundraising events.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist the team with data tracking for events and data analysis for events and the Laurier Club
- Supporting the Event team with logistics and volunteers
- Maintain and monitor donor material inventory levels and place orders as required
- Organize materials for distribution and mailing
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including virtual meetings or teleconferences, documentation preparation and distribution
- Support the logístical aspects of departmental programs such as print and digital campaigns, events, and special projects
- Perform cross-functional duties, as assigned

**What you’ll need to have**:

- University degree or a combination of education, certification, and professional work experience
- Solid judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
- Experience with digital events and platforms (Zoom Webinar, Go To Webinar, etc.) is an asset
- Experiences related to event management and communications are an asset
