- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including restaurants, arena/stadiums, special events, distributors, vending, and hotels.

- Work closely with our dynamic Field Sales team to activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions.
- Lead the charge in expanding our net new sales distribution within the beverages business.
- Develop and implement channel programs and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage sales funnel, adding new opportunities, nurturing existing ones, and progressing towards unprecedented achievements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in the beverages or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of this dynamic sector.
- Proven sales, business, and financial acumen, with exceptional negotiation skills and ability to develop compelling business plans.
- Ability to work independently, producing exceptional results under minimal supervision.
- Background in business development and/or account management, with experience navigating complex negotiations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to create compelling presentations and forecasts.
- Valid driver's license, with ability to travel and build connections with customers.
