  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including restaurants, arena/stadiums, special events, distributors, vending, and hotels.

  • Work closely with our dynamic Field Sales team to activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions.
  • Lead the charge in expanding our net new sales distribution within the beverages business.
  • Develop and implement channel programs and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage sales funnel, adding new opportunities, nurturing existing ones, and progressing towards unprecedented achievements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in the beverages or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of this dynamic sector.
  • Proven sales, business, and financial acumen, with exceptional negotiation skills and ability to develop compelling business plans.
  • Ability to work independently, producing exceptional results under minimal supervision.
  • Background in business development and/or account management, with experience navigating complex negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to create compelling presentations and forecasts.
  • Valid driver's license, with ability to travel and build connections with customers.
