Under the direct supervision of the Company President, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, advice, and support for the planning, implementation, and facilitation of all aspects of Human Resources. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure proper execution of all HR initiatives and programs.

**RESPONSIBIILITIES**
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff regarding all HR Management issues.
- Manages the company’s benefit plan, including enrolling new employees and plan maintenance.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and other key members of senior management on HR issues and best practices.
- Maintain our Safety program and COR certification.
- Regularly review and update HR practices based on both quantitative data and qualitative feedback from employees.
- Promote a positive and fun workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Recruitment, orientation, and onboarding of new hires.
- Creatively plan and carry out programs that improve employee morale and job satisfaction, creating an attractive workplace environment.
- Processes payroll, including compiling payroll data and reports on vacation time and deductions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- College diploma or University degree in related field.
- CPHR Designation is preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Superior relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk.
