Farm Credit Canada is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the planning, technical, and functional maintenance and support for all HR technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, modifications, and implementation of Workday business processes
- Gather requirements and design reports and dashboards to meet business needs
- Investigate, test, and resolve functionality to provide support and solutions
- Assess business needs and drive clarity in HR data requirements to meet deliverables
- Recommend how technology can be leveraged to streamline HR business processes
Requirements:
- Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to translate business requirements
- Organizational pro who can manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- 6 to 8 years experience with database applications and HRIS system implementation, configuration, business requirements documentation, and reporting/analysis
- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management System an asset
