**Responsibilities**
- Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting proper background checks.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Maintain our Safety program and COR certification.
- Assist with Payroll Processing in a timely manner and assist in HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
- Administer benefits packages and RRSP enrollments, and process records of Employment, T4s and related filings.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, maintaining confidential employee records up to date through our HRIS.
- Actively participating in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program and the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission processes to support our employee.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in an HR Administrator role, specifically within the Canadian HR Practices.
- Strong understanding of Canadian HR practices, employment standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
