Job Summary:
At Couryah, our client relationships are of the utmost importance. We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales.

As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy clients’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Applicants must be comfortable meeting new people, traveling, and working with spreadsheets, CRM tools(e.g. Hubspot) and other organizational software. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a start-up's day-to-day tasks. This position requires flexible hours and is a permanent full-time position.

**Objectives for this position include**:

- Execute on sales strategy & tactics to attract new merchants to the platform.
- Developing new sales opportunities
- Achieving Sales & KPI Targets
- Managing accounts for long term success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners in your region
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports
- Support in day to day operations

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Post secondary degree or diploma in business, management or communications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or sales in a customer-facing role
- Experience in account management is preferred
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- B2B sales experience is an added bonus
- Intermediate level skills with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Manage high-volume projects
