**B2B Account Manager-Auto Recycling**

**WHAT WE DO**

Our lines of business include: Recycling, Transport, Auto Sales, Demolition, Bins and Storage. Together we provide our customers with complete solutions to manage and dispose of their materials (primarily metal). We are a business in rapid expansion and are constantly looking for free thinking, hard working and creatively driven people to join our CFT family. Excellent customer service is our business and our people are what make it all happen.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES**:

- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Contacting and meeting with surrounding area dealerships
- Uncovering potential opportunities with clients
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers (Dealerships, automotive repair shops etc)
- Developing and implementing an effective strategy to ensure market share increase and customer retention
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads contacted
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales
- Conducting customer follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Achieve targeted number of activities per [day/week/month]
- Employee will be on the road 3 days a week and 2 days in office

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete job tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
- Drivers license (required) and clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
