Social Media and Content Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media and Content Manager to oversee our five brand accounts, each with its own set of KPIs—These range between Awareness and lead generation. This role is integral to executing a cohesive content strategy that recycles and optimizes content across multiple platforms for our five similar but distinct brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our five social media accounts, ensuring each meets its specific KPIs. This includes creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- **Content Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute a content plan that maximizes reach and engagement across all platforms.
- **Newsletter and Blog Content**: Write and manage monthly newsletters for three of our brands. Create compelling blog content that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement for 2 of our brands with the possibility of expanding to the others at a later date.
- **Copywriting and Design Collaboration**: Work closely with our designer to craft persuasive copy for proposals and website content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- **Creative Development**: Assist the Creative Director in developing and executing content from concept to completion, including creating SOPs and publishing content.
- **Content Creation**: Create content calendars for future planning. Use Canva and our extensive content library to create high-quality visuals. Occasionally, you may need to produce new content using our studio and equipment.
- **Leveraging AI Tools**: Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in completing tasks related to content creation, social media management, and analytics.
- **Data Analysis**: Review and report on marketing data. Provide feedback on what's working and what isn't.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing multiple social media accounts with a track record of meeting specific KPIs.
- Strong newsletter writing and blog content creation skills.
- Keen eye for design and ability to follow various brand guidelines.
- Comfortable working alongside a creative director, videographer/photographers, and graphic designer.
- Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools to create engaging content.
- Ability to build out and follow SOPs, ensuring consistent and effective content production.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Experience in funnels for lead generation
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various team members.
- Bonus if you have experience in the event world for corporate events, weddings and/or business course creation.
- Super extra bonus if you know about photo booths and how amazing they are for events.
This is a 6 month contract that will be reviewed at the end of the 6 months for permanent employment.
This position is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of 3 days in office.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
