Together we provide our customers with complete solutions to manage and dispose of their materials (primarily metal). **Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure scrap metal (rotors, shred, aluminum etc) is dumped in the appropriate area following safety rules and regulations
- Keep the yard clean and organized
- Move/sort/grade tires
- Help decommission vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Weigh, grade and sort scrap metal
- Any other general labour tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Be hardworking and show up every day on time with a willing to work attitude
- Dress according to various weather conditions as you will be working outside in all types of weather
- Be able to work well with others as a team, as well as independently
- Uphold a professional and positive level of communication with coworkers
- Be physically fit and able to do manual labour - able to lift between 20lbs to 80 lbs repeatedly
- Good manual dexterity
- Resourceful, autonomous and have a sense of initiative
- Experience in manufacturing, construction or warehouse
- Experience in metal recycling facility is considered an asset

**You will be provided with coveralls but you must have your own steel toe boots.**

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
