**Walters Falls Office Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office.
- Creating invoices for deliveries.
- Taking orders and collaborating to schedule order deliveries.
- Creating a route for deliveries on GeoTab
- Completing following up on various paperwork for new customers
- Placing orders for office and mill as required.
- Manage Social Media Channels.
- Corresponding with distributors.
- Complete various reports with confidence and accuracy.
- Customer Service
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**

Strong knowledge of Excel, Adobe Acrobat PDF Editor and word

Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Organized

Strong Computers skills

Ability to work on your own.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
