Coordination of training, month-end support, and HR analysis. Fostering engagement, upholding company values, and ensuring safety programs. Proposing innovations, implementing best practices, and coaching on employee relations. Assisting HR Manager with diverse tasks, including accounting administration. Collaborating on safety culture, supporting supervisors, and proposing strategic solutions. Bring out the best in yourself. Commit. Evolve. Persevere. You too, will put forward your strengths: Bachelor's degree in human resources; or equivalent 1-3 years of relevant experience, including managing leaves of absence Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and NY State employment laws Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Success Factors and UltiPro considered an asset Experience working in manufacturing is an asset, but not required
