**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role would require to come to office 1-2 days a week or whenever there is a need.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Provide hands-on leadership for the IT Helpdesk Team under your supervision.
- Set a positive example by meeting organizational expectations and inspiring direct reports to perform at their best.
- Be an effective communicator, ensuring that your team understands your expectations while setting goals that align with organizational objectives.
- Support the IT team members with ticket escalation, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Help team members develop their skills and advance in their roles.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
- Actively participate in the planning of long
- and short-term IT system roadmaps.
- Oversee productivity and efficiency levels, ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines.
- Develop and implement procedural documentation.
- Manage budgets related to your department and team.
- Set up and maintain Domain Services
- Participate in security infrastructure implementation and maintenance.
- Evaluate and propose new technology solutions.
- Participate in other cross-functional projects as needed.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- College or University Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support related to relevant technologies, with a focus on end-user support, contract and supplier management, and infrastructure.
- Minimum 2 years in an IT leadership role.
- Experience in **people management** (leading and developing teams).
- Working experience and knowledge of systems and network security best practices.
