Receptionist/it Support

Under the supervision of the Administration Manager, the Receptionist/IT Support will handle and direct students' inquiries to the different departments and provide support to the Campus. This is a 1-year co-op position.
**Hours of work**:
- Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm
- Saturdays 8:30am-3:30pm
- Friday/Sunday: Off
**Job Summary**:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, solving students inquiries.
- Attend the online drop-in center.
- Support and guide students in books / e-books processes.
- Updating and uploading contracts on AMP from SLC Master Sheet.
- Contact students for uploading pictures on AMP.
- Help Instructors with common IT issues for their classrooms; assist students with resetting of passwords.
- Maintain printers, computers and other devices.
- Ensure students leave the building after classes on Saturdays.
- Order campus supplies.
- Provide daily maintenance service to the coffee machine.
- Other duties as deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the King George Campus.

- College Diploma.
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$37,000.00 per year
