Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking an experienced service-oriented and customer focused individual for the front desk position at our hearing clinic in Cloverdale. This is a full-time position.
The responsibilities of the position include:
General office administration and support
Computerized client file management including scheduling, invoicing and billing
Answering telephone calls and performing follow-up calls
Accounting and third party insurance including Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Float, and Petty cash reports
Are you
- Dynamic with a lot of energy and enthusiasm
- Neat and professional
- Highly organised with excellent computer skills
- An expert at providing exceptional customer service
- Have previous experience in a healthcare clinic
- Ability to speak in a clear and concise manner
- Looking for a position where you can grow with the company.
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
