Wilson Rasmussen has a service-oriented culture and we pride ourselves in providing an exceptional client experience. Our growing firm is currently seeking a full-time **Legal Receptionist** to join our firm.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- One year of experience working as a receptionist in a law firm or notary public office is an asset.
- On year of experience working on an administrative or customer service support role.
- Experience opening and closing files, handling high volume of calls and doing other office administrative matter.
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle a high volume of work with tight deadlines and a keen attention to detail. You are able to use sound judgement to make decisions and can successfully manage multiple changing priorities.
- Excellent telephone manners.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, and are committed to providing timely, accurate responses to all stakeholders.
- Be detail oriented and most importantly have the desire to learn.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Your primary duties will be the following:

- Answering incoming calls, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and greet all clients
- Maintaining board rooms and supplies room
- Assisting with distribution of mail and couriers and replenishment of supplies
- Photocopying, scanning, data entry, and filing
- Calendar organization and time management for lawyers
- Keep track of referral sources
- Updating and improving office organization systems
- Ordering couriers
- Completing file openings and file closings
- Conducting conflict searches and other searches.
- Communicating maintenance issues to equipment suppliers and/or IT professional
- Performing other related duties as required, and providing clerical or administrative support as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
