We are looking for an individual who is detailed oriented, confident and self-motivated and who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of client/customer service, preference given to those who have worked in a professional services firm
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm, professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate party
- Manage and route incoming and outgoing faxes, mail and couriers
- Manage and book meeting and boardrooms
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Perform the court-run
- Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies
- Any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, from time to time
