**About the Role**:
As our Tier One Client Support Specialist, you'll become an integral part of our mission to deliver world-class customer service. You'll tackle complex issues head-on, provide detailed product support, and guide our customers throughout the purchasing journey, all while building strong, lasting relationships.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-to-end support for customer issues, ensuring a swift, satisfactory resolution.
- Use your problem-solving prowess to research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, keeping them informed and satisfied.
- Prepare detailed, accurate reports and help maintain our knowledge base with technical notes and articles.
- Guide customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring they choose the perfect products for their needs.
- Manage warranty requests with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct light product testing as required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Prior experience with POS and inventory systems, and general computer proficiency.
- Stellar customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- A commitment to learn and master our product range (we'll provide the training).
- An ability to stay on top of tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Post-Secondary Education.
