**Overview**
We're seeking a detail-orientated Bookkeeper to handle the day to day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide financial insights to support decision making. Experience in Sage is Mandatory, as it's a key tool in our accounting process.
- Manage Account Payables and Receivables
- Complete banking and credit card requisitions
- Maintain up to date financial records and budgets for project departments
- Allocate employee time to project budgets and communicate payroll with ADP outsourced payroll
- Collaborate with management for financial planning and monthly budgets
**Requirements**:
- Proven Experience as a Bookkeeper (5 Years +)
- Proficient in Sage Accounting (5 Years +)
- Experience in SAGE ERP is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work Independent at times and meet deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $33.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
