**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Utilize accounting SAGE software for efficient record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all financial practices
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support

**Skills**
- Proficient in account analysis, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, payroll, source deductions, ROEs, T4's, reconcile VISA statements, prepare and file monthly g.s.t., record USA payables and payments converted to CDN funds.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly desirable
- Strong budgeting skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
