We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.

As a member of the Accounting team, reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be supporting essential accounting functions including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and contributing to team projects and strategic initiatives, as well as supporting the office operations function.

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, in a role that has the potential to progress into a more senior accounting or operational role

Please note this opportunity will primarily be an onsite work arrangement with the flexibility of occasional hybrid schedule, located in Burnaby, BC.

**What **you'll** be doing**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Accounting
- Accounting data entry (AP bills, employee reimbursements, credit card transactions)
- Sales data entry (invoicing/collections)
- Filing and archiving
- Assisting with year-end audit requests
- General administrative assistance
- Office administration
- Mail distribution
- Order supplies (office, janitorial, beverage, etc.)
- Coordinate vendors for service calls and repairs
- Provide uniform support for our clean room staff
- Oversee daily cleanliness of kitchens and meeting rooms
- Order catering, run errands, etc.
- IP filings & administration

**Compensation**

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium's stock option plan.
- $48,000 - 58,000 (CAD Annually)
