**Hours**: Monday to Friday Day Shifts (alternate hours may be requested, flexibility is an asset)

**Pay Rate**: $18.00

**Job Duties**:

- Main point of communication for incoming calls and visitors.
- Providing exceptional customer service to the public, including providing directions and signing out keys.
- Completing paperwork for site contractors
- Maintaining the lost and found
- Assisting Supervisors with any administrative tasks to support their roles
- Assisting on-duty dispatcher with any required tasks

***Job Requirements**:

- Must be personable with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Post-secondary education in the related field is preferred OR Field experience of 1+ year
- Ability to stay calm in emergency situations and multi-task
- First Aid/CPR Level C Certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check
