**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a full-time temporary Support position until June 30, 2024 with the possibility of extension (35 hours per week).**Duties**:This is a contract position dedicated to the College’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project (Fanshawe One). Fanshawe is implementing Workday technology for HR, Finance and Student administrative transactions. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L), the incumbent provides online training, learning, development and engagement sessions for College employees in support of the implementation of Workday. The incumbent completes all stages of instructional design and delivery including anticipating and assessing learning needs, preparing learning sessions/supports/events, facilitating learning in multiple modes of delivery, writing communications and session descriptions, providing access to registration, session evaluation, and supporting transfer of learning.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Business, Adult Education/Education, Organizational Development or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and delivering a variety of learning materials for employees using all modes of delivery (face-to-face, online and hybrid)
- Experience developing training for an ERP implementation is preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create online training using a variety of authorizing tools within an employee learning management system
- Skills in the use of Storyline 360 to create online training is preferred
- Experience developing and delivering technical training is essential
- Practical experience using enterprise technical systems
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
