Truro, Canada Covered Bridge Potato Chips Full time

Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company is looking for a dynamic, ambitious individual to join our well-established team of Direct to Store Distribution (DSD) Sales Representatives. This individual will cover the area of Truro, Nova Scotia; therefore could be based out of Turo, Nova Scotia with some additional travel.

**Role and Responsibilities**

The DSD Sales Representative is the local face of Covered Bridge Chips to our convenience and grocery customers.

Because of the nature of the convenience and grocery store business, the DSD Sales Rep will need to start their day early, by 6:00 am. They must also be able to work alone completing assigned routes and tasks unsupervised in a correct and timely manner; such as: basic in-store merchandising activities like organizing product shelving, rotating product and keeping signage up-to-date.

Maintaining strong customer relationships, and generating new customers is the main indicator of success for the DSD Sales Rep.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- High School Diploma
- Previous retail or grocery sales experience preferred

**Preferred Skills and Traits**

Well organized, able to follow directions, work independently. Ability to operate a large truck/cube van safely and confidently, following all instructions and traffic laws concerning vehicle operation and safety. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and operate an iPhone for various functions. Clean and tidy personal appearance (business casual attire) is expected.

**Compensation**

Daily base and commission

**Salary**: $500.00-$1,000.00 per week
