- What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Sales representative at Bumper to Bumper:
- Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business need-
- Takes orders from customers to renew their inventory, adds new items to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer returns when appropriate-
- Expands the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers-
- Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel-
- Conducts him/herself in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the company-
- Utilizes the computer system, internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needs-
- Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value proposition-
- Utilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity-
- Provides exceptional customer service-
- Ensures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.-
