As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic **Field Sales Representative** to join our team. This role combines both in-house and on-the-road sales activities, requiring you to build strong relationships with new and existing clients while offering a range of products and services. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our machines and supplies, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-tier customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:
- Prospect, identify, and approach new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell additional products.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present product offerings, services, and machine demonstrations.
- **Product Knowledge & Sales Process**:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the equipment.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including discussing product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to address customer needs effectively.
- **Service & Support Sales**:
- Offer service plans and maintenance contracts for machines, ensuring customers are aware of all service offerings.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
- **In-House Sales Support**:
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and assist with order follow-ups.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or the foodservice equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of foodservice equipment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both in-house and field sales responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Own vehicle is required** for client visits and local/regional travel.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
