**Your Purpose**
As the Partner Experience Coordinator, you will ensure that every partner is thanked, stewarded, recognized, and engaged with appropriately for their gifts to the Foundation.You will also support the Foundation’s strategy related to donor and partner solicitation and cultivation, with a goal of growing donor retention and impacting long
- term revenue generation
**Your Role**
Reporting to the Partner Experience Manager you will be a key contributor to enhancing the experience of donors and partners by working closely with the revenue generation team on proposals, grants, and overall donor relations.
You will also support ensuring positive and mutually rewarding relations between the Foundation and its supporters; partnering with fundraising teams and other team members to support the best strategies for effective solicitation, stewardship, and cultivation of donors and sponsors and maintaining ongoing and active networking with internal and external constituents.

**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Degree, diploma or other certification in Business, Communications and/or Marketing
**Experience**:
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience in donor relations, portfolio management or customer-centric profession.
- Experience with donor management and relationship building.
- Professional experience with creating strong written communications including letters, impact reports, briefing notes
- Working knowledge and understanding of various fundraising streams including major gifts, planned giving, monthly donations, events
- MS Office, SharePoint, Raiser’s Edge, ThankView, MailChimp, In-Design
**Competencies**:
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create impactful communications.
- Solid understanding and comfort level with technology and systems. Skills in current audio/visual technology is an asset.
- Creativity
- Superior project management skills with abilities to audit processes and analyze programs to assist with data-driven decisions.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in representing the Foundation.
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail with an extraordinary level of accuracy
- A logical thinker who takes initiative to clarify information, discrepancies or uncertainties.
- Able to take initiative in problem-solving and increasing process efficiencies.
- Flexibility in a high-paced environment with a large variety of tasks and projects
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- A combination of education and experience will be considered._
