**Areas of Autonomy**

**Prospecting and Partner Acquisition**
- Work with Marketing to develop strategies and tactics to prospect new partners, including networking, attending industry events, or utilizing digital marketing channels to generate leads.
- Engage with potential partners to understand their needs, introduce the company's products or services, and demonstrate the value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development to identify new business opportunities.
- Conceptualize and strategize how to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between Monogram and our partners.

**Building and Nurturing Partner Relationships**
- Foster mutually beneficial partnerships and driving partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Help new partners onboard the Monogram software at their organizations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide proactive updates to partners, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues throughout the course of the relationship.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their businesses, goals, and challenges.
- Regularly communicate with partners to build trust and rapport, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, providing product training, product releases, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development or operations, to ensure that the proposed solutions exceed partner’s expectations.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, setting clear targets, milestones, and strategies for success.

**Business Development & Growth**
- Conceptualize and strategize how to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between Monogram and our partners.
- Summarize partner feedback and conversations to build out new platforms to serve partners.
- Stay updated on best practices related to partner/relationship best practices and share insights and recommendations with the team.

**Standard Responsibilities**
- Updating, and maintaining the integrity of our CRM system.
- Collaborates closely with marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Create meaningful digital collaboration spaces where partners can connect with one another.
- Effectively communicate the Monogram value proposition and our software to partners.
- Gather and interpret data related to client satisfaction, engagement, and business performance.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement to serve clients more effectively and create better internal business processes.
- Be involved with the Marketing and Product team to ensure all core business groups stay connected.

**Experience**
- 5-8 years of experience as in a partner management, account management or customer success role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
