Be our next **Construction Administration Support**
**Your work environment at EXP**
In this role, you will be a part of the Design team, in the Architecture Group, based in the Halifax office.
**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Manage incoming and outgoing priorities, including tracking of design issues, action logs, RFI/Change & Submittal Logs, various Excel spreadsheets and training materials
- Document control of all correspondence including change orders, RFI’s, submittals, etc.
- Review, catalogue and distribute all consultant drawings, shop drawings, change notice summaries, submittals and management software
**What your experience looks like**
- You have up to 2 years of administrative experience
- A diploma or post-secondary in Administration would be considered an asset
- Construction administration experience would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliers
- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of organization
- Strong written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
