Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team as Human Resources Business Partners for our Distribution Centres. If you are passionate about fostering positive employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and contributing to the success of a thriving organization, this role might be perfect for you.

**What you will accomplish with us**:
Strategic Partnership: Act as the HR Business Partner for the Distribution Centres, providing innovative HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the HR Centre of Expertise to implement business and HR strategies.

Employee Relations: Guide and coach management on employee relations issues in compliance with company policies. Investigate and resolve complaints and policy non-compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Program Development: Participate in the development and execution of HR programs/initiatives to meet business needs. Support the execution of HR programs, including performance management, succession planning, and salary administration.

Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Oversee compliance with legislative requirements, resolving issues related to litigation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Implement controls to safeguard employees and champion health and safety initiatives.

Project Involvement: Actively participate in HR/IT projects, contributing to their development and successful implementation.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:
University degree and 3+ years of related experience. CHRL/CHRP designation is an asset.
Retail Industry and Logistics/Warehousing knowledge and experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
Strong business acumen, influencing skills, and a proven track record of achieving results through collaboration.
Exceptional time management, coaching, and teamwork skills, executed with the utmost professionalism.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and competitive data.
Relationships: Internally collaborate with departments including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Health and Safety, Payroll, and DC Operations.
