**Job Overview**
APS is a fast-growing business specializing in Christmas light installations, gutter cleaning, and other services like professional pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and exterior window washing. We serve residential and commercial clients across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We’re excited to be expanding and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our reach during the busy holiday season and beyond

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to understand their service needs.
- Present and promote our services through various outreach methods, creating custom proposals.
- Close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Train new sales reps once you’ve proven your success, and earn a commission from the jobs they close.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience, particularly in home services or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with Christmas light installations and gutter cleaning is a plus, but not required.

**Qualifications**:

- Competitive commission structure (10-20% per closed deal).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150.00-$500.00 per day
