**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the company's client base
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Provide ongoing account management, including regular check-ins, updates, and addressing any issues or concerns

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients

**Salary**: $74,668.56-$100,000.00 per year
