**About the Job**

Engage2excel is looking for an organizational Development Coordinator with a focus on positive employee experience. You will work collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing maintenance of key talent development programs that support the achievement of company goals and culture (Trifecta). This role will be Hybrid (a minimum of 1 day per week) - Work from home the other days

**As part of your primary responsibilities, you will**:

- Assist with developing, coordinating, and implementing our company's vision and strategy for organizational development, learning, and outreach to enhance the employee experience and optimize retention and talent acquisition.
- Administer day to day operations of rewards and recognition programs to ensure alignment to business needs and make recommendations to follow best practices.
- Participate in professional development, training, and learning as an instructor, including participating in supervisory and leadership development.
- Ensure the learner profile is up-to-date in the HR system with current certification requirements and completions to ensure compliance with role and industry requirements.
- Track, benchmark and report training and development participation and effectiveness through key metric reporting.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- 2 years of proven experience supporting onboarding, learning programs and related activities.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Training and Development or related field or relevant combination of education and experience in a similar role
- Fluent ability to speak and write in English and French to be able to serve internal customers in all countries where we operate.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suites & Online learning tools.
- Experience having coordinated company-wide on-boarding programs and/or instructional training delivery experience is an asset.
