Office Administrator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members and vendors.
- Eventually manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain office phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files within the office. Organization is a must.
- Composing and submitting employee contracts.
- Composing and submitting client documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and common areas.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management. Knowledge of Quickbooks would be helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external contacts.
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and benefits administration would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships efficiently.
- Familiarity with office phone systems for effective call handling
- Proficient in filing systems, both physical and digital
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
